I have not received the right product. How can I exchange it?

In such a case, you should contact us as soon as possible. In order to ascertain the irregularity, please send us a photo by email to magasin@vergez-blanchard.fr as well as the documents related to your order.   After studying your request, our customer service will then offer you a solution to give you complete satisfaction.

We remind you that, in accordance with the rules of distance selling, the buyer must check the compliance of the products received in the order, and report as soon as possible (maximum 14 days) any irregularity to our customer service.
