Information on deliveries in France and abroad 

We pay particular attention to the shipping of our packages. Some tools may sometimes be temporarily unavailable, in which case a manufacturing period will be added to the delivery lead-time. In such a case, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone so that we can organize your order more efficiently. 

Before confirming your order online, you must consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.


Shipping costs

In order to cover management and handling costs,
the minimum order is set at 100 euros.

Delivery lead-times and conditions

We undertake to deliver your order as soon as possible, for metropolitan France, within a maximum of 10 working days (add 2 to 4 days for deliveries outside metropolitan France). 

Remember to indicate when ordering all the information necessary for fast and easy delivery (person to deliver in case of absence, indications making it easier to find the place of delivery, intercom codes, etc.) and especially please do not forget to leave us a phone number to reach you in case of difficulties for the deliveryman.

If you are absent from your home during delivery, a notice is left in your mailbox with the contact details of the carrier so that you can contact them and make an appointment.


Receipt of packages

When your package is delivered, it is imperative that you check before signing the delivery slip: 

- That the package fully corresponds to what is noted on the delivery slip and to what you have ordered. If in doubt, do not hesitate to refuse it and contact us for verification. It is always easier to refuse the package and have the correct one delivered to you the next day or a few days later, than for the carrier to come back and pick up a package which was not intended for you. 

- That the package is in good condition. If you notice defective packaging, such as a package which has been crushed or is open, and seems to you to be doubtful, note specific reservations on the delivery slip that the carrier will ask you to sign. Please note: indicating "subject to unpacking" is neither legal not useful; please note the precise reason for your reservations ("package damaged", "package open", "crushed cardboard", etc.)


Availability

For reasons of availability of the ordered tools, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. In such cases, the customer only pays for one delivery.

If you wish to be delivered to two different places, please place two separate orders, with the related delivery costs.

Deliveries for mainland France are by DPD, and by TNT for other destinations.

Orders placed for French overseas departments and territories are exclusive of tax, local taxes (sea grant and local VAT) being paid directly upon delivery.
