If an article does not give you complete satisfaction, you have 14 clear days from its receipt to return it to us at your expense.

Our quality department will check it before making a refund by credit to your customer account.

The goods must be returned in their original condition. They must not be damaged or dirtied. We advise you, before any return of goods, to send us your request by sending us an email to magasin@vergez-blanchard.fr
